Our eligibility check collects information you provide directly, including: business name and contact details (name, email, phone number), business basics (industry, revenue range, time in business, funding needs), and business zip code.
If you proceed with a funding offer, the lending partner handling your application will collect additional verification information directly from you in their own application process — this may include your business and home address, date of birth, government identification numbers (SSN/EIN), and business bank statements. We do not ask for this sensitive information in our eligibility check.
We use your information to: match your business with appropriate funding offers from our network of lending partners; communicate with you about your application and available offers; improve our services; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
By submitting your information, you authorize ADTIVO LLC (operating as USFundly) to share it with our funding partner(s) for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility and presenting funding offers. Our partners may contact you directly via phone, SMS, and email to discuss your application and offers. To request the list of our current lending partners, email privacy@usfundly.com.
The eligibility check performed on usfundly.com is a soft credit inquiry only and will not affect your credit score. If you proceed to a formal application with a lending partner, that partner may perform a hard credit inquiry with your explicit consent.
By providing your phone number and continuing, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from ADTIVO LLC, USFundly, and our lending partners — including through automated means — regarding your application and available funding offers. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted through our platform. Information is stored using encrypted cloud infrastructure and is never transmitted in plain text.
